Stolovayas are Soviet-style canteens/cafeterias and Lagman Berry is the nicest one I’ve seen yet. It’s open 24 hours, is cheap, has nice decor, and features comfortable seating arrangements. There’s a wide buffet of items you can add to your tray as you move along. Simply point to the items you’d like.
