This place reminded me of shoredich vibe in London, the concept is independent cafes, shops, located at each floor of a 9 storey building. You can even find some super cute girly tea room. Each places have their own atmosphere, with amazing city view. To access the building take the entrance next to the library, if you take the lift, the lift cost will be refunded in any coffee shop. #coffeeshop #shopping #food
