Chiang Mai, Thailand had to be one of my favorite places I visited in the world. You can experience so much of the Thai culture here and take away so much of a deeper understanding. During the day travel North to the White Temple, Geysers, and see some of the more rural areas. At night try some of the street food around town, enjoy the outdoor bars, and head to a Thai boxing stadium to see Maui Thai.
