The Erdene Zuu monastery is the main attraction of Khakhorin. It's the oldest monastery which hasn't been completely destroyed during soviet times. There is a museum inside where you can learn more about its history. The monastery is still in use and you can attend the ceremonies ( taking pictured is not allowed). #monastery #buddhism #mongolia
