Hop on a local catamaran or sailboat and head over to Salt Island. Curated for its namesake, the island still pays its rent to this day to the Queen in the form of one pound of salt. Featured in the movie The Deep, this mail carrier was sunk by a hurricane back in 1867 and teems with a multitude of marine life.
