The meal at Pure Lotus is the best food I have had anywhere in the world. I'm pretty sure it's completely vegan, not just vegetarian, but even if you are a carnivore well worth trying. The decor, atmosphere, service and food are all top notch. I believe they have 2 restaurants in Beijing, and one in Dubai. The food is Asian fusion, more Thai and Japanese I'd say.
