This place is where to go for dynamite, not-your-average jerky fix. A few years ago, BHK Jerky won a coveted 'Dragon's Den' entrepreneurial grant on the same named CBC show, they've put those funds to good use. They make all their jerky in house at their location at 16th and Fraser. My favourites are the classic beef, done in Singapore style and the curried pork. Tastes like the best bacon you've ever had with a hit of curry. Drooling at the thought!
