This is the Taipei 101 outpost of the restaurant that is world famous for its xiao long bao. There is great debate over whether any of the locations other than the original are worth waiting in line for (and indeed, if these are even the best xiao long bao in Taipei). I can't settle that debate, but the soup dumplings here are excellent, and this location is massive, so if you come at off times, your wait shouldn't be too long. I had a filling lunch for about $500 TND.
