Republic of Texas - era stagecoach inn, now an educational establishment. Open weekends only. Displays and docents teaching history and travel on the #Texas #frontier ca. #1840s. Much more fun to learn about and imagine than it really was. Replica of period #stagecoach; check in advance as short rides from town (1/2 mile?) are sometimes available. (Another "more fun to imagine" thing... It's smaller than you think.) Good for #history nerds or #Western fans, but highly weather-dependent. Buildings not air-conditioned, so summer can be hot.
