Perhaps the most inventive spot for lobster in Portland is downtown's High Roller Lobster Co. This eatery has the usual lobster roll but steps it up a notch with their other offerings. The Fried Lobby Pop, aka the classiest corn dog ever, is a deep-fried lobster tail in cornbread batter. A plain Lobby Pop is available too but deserves a little less fanfare. The must-try dish at High Roller is without a doubt the Lobster Cheese Crisp Taco. This is exactly what it sounds like, a taco shell formed with cheese and stuffed with lobster. Get in my belly.
