For one of the best local meals you can find on the entire island, stop by Celestine's Diner! Located on the road to Harrison Caves, Celestine's is a tiny diner (looking more like a home) where you take a seat on the verandah and enjoy an incredible home cooked meal. Pan fried flying fish and macaroni pie was the dish of the day during our visit and all we could say was wow! Celestine also gave us some delicious homemade coconut bread and sent us away with a bag of fruit from her garden.
