The tower is located on the hill. You may walk here (it's a long way), take a bus or a cable car ride. You'll see a nice view of a vast city. Come here just before the sunset so you'll get to see the city on daylight and when it's dark. If you are a romantic, add a love lock almost anywhere below the tower.
