Lubart's Castle
Lutsk Castle, or Lubart's Castle (named after the Lithuanian prince who built it), dates back to the 14th century. It's about a 15-minute walk from the city center. This castle is featured on the 200 UAH bill, the second-highest Ukrainian banknote denomination. There is a minimal entrance fee (4 UAH for adults). This also gives you access to the bell museum and the book museum located inside the castle grounds. Sometimes, the castle hosts events, like food and drink festivals, so when you’re in Lutsk, ask around to find out about any current events. #lutsk #ukraine #castle
