Sissinghurst Castle Garden
The house is interesting- Vita Sackville-West used to live there- and the tower can be climbed to see a beautiful view across the Weald. But my favourite part of my visits to Sissinghurt Caste is wandering the grounds. The gardens are world renowned and preserved as Vita and Harrold (her husband) designed. The garden is set out as 'rooms' with different themes. For example, they have different styles- one section called the 'white garden' is filled with various types of white flours. Interesting history and lots of natural beauty- highly recommend.
