From Barichara a must do activity is the walk from Barichara to the cute village of guane. Takes about 2 hours and it's all downhill. The semi arid landscape with mountains in the background is beautiful and Guane is adorable. I suggest leaving early in the morning because it gets HOT (we left midday and I thought I was going to die) and the last bus from guane back to barichara is at 6.
