Simply put; like Starbucks, but better. For starters, IMO their coffee’s better, they have a more diverse variety of drinks (for all the cold smoothie fans) and the atmosphere at the cafe is nicer. Costa is the more nicely decorated version of Starbucks. Another plus; they just introduced their version of the KeepCup, the first in Egypt, and are giving discounts to those who buy coffee to be put in reusable mugs!
