The north end of Anna Maria Island, also known as Bean Point, is a great spot for catching epic FL sunsets. Grab a beach blanket or chairs & your camera. Be prepared to join many others during season (winter) or plenty of space to yourself during summer. Low tides provide great pools for reflection photographs & storms bring dramatic clouds & add to the incredible visuals beyond the sea. On clear nights catch a glimps of the iconic Sunshine Skyway Bridge in the distance to the north/northeast. Watch flocks of sea birds head north to their nightly nesting grounds. If lucky, you'll see dolphins or even see fisherman pull in their catch. Shark fishing is quite popular here at night.
