Frigate Bay, better known amongst the locals as 'The Strip' is a stretch of beach with a bunch of restaurants and bars. During the days you can find jet ski's for rent, snorkeling, beach chairs, and the all important beer. While there is a ton to do you may actually find more locals here than tourists, which should tell you you're in the right spot.
