Several people who grew up in Taipei told me to go to Yongkang, and assured me it was one of the best (if not *the* best) version of Taipei's signature dish. I got the half beef/ half tendon beef noodle soup, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were excellent, and the side of sparerib rice was a great starter. Lines are long; I got there 10 minutes before opening and was seated with no wait once they did open. My meal total was about $350 TND. #cheap-eats
