The NEWBORN monument is the symbol of Pristina and Kosovo in general. The youngest country in Europe is indeed a newborn. The design of the monument changes every year in February for the celebration of Kosovan independance. The artists are really creative. On this picture, the N and W are on the floor, as they added others letters on the ground to write "No Walls", a reaction to the refugees situation in Europe.
