Two Medicine is the prettiest campground in East Glacier. Since it is within the park, it is a first come first serve campground. So get there early because it fills up fast! The camp store is close by and sells local Montana brews. It's also just south of the trail head to Grinnell Glacier and the St. Mary's entrance to the Going-to-the-Sun Road. Insider Tip: they will let you stay at the handicapped camp spot if everything else is full. You just have to be out by 10am the next morning, but that will give you plenty of time to scope out for a new rad spot.
