10 mile round trip hike. This year there's been some increased grizzly bear activity, so the trail has been rerouted and it's about 16 miles, but worth it. The iceberg lake is like nothing I've ever seen. Sad that it's the remnants of a glacier that once was.  Altitude changes by 1,000 feet, but it's gradual. Start early so you don't have to hike through bear country in the dark. Running into bears and mountain goats is very likely. #extreme #hiking #camping
