Enjoy views of Little Cottonwood Canyon as you wind back and forth on an old mining trail through aspens, old pine groves, mountain meadows, and rocky landscapes to reach the glacial White Pine Lake. This hike is easily done in a day, but is commonly completed as an introductory backpacking trip.
