The Witches' Path (Passo delle Streghe) connect two of the three imposing towers in the country. Its high position on Mount Titano make it a sight to behold. As for the name it was adopted Witches' Path from the gusts of wind through the fortifications, which resemble speech. During the middle ages witches were said to have gathered here. Glancing down from the top of Guaita Tower make its crooked layout almost invisible until you descend upon it on foot. Tourists flock in dozens to take selfies without battering an eyelid at its rather eerie past. #walking #history #views #climbing
