Cuetzalan is a very small town in the state of Puebla. I knew about this place while I was doing an internship in the neighbouring indigenous town names San Miguel Tzinacapan. This entire region is inhabited by the major part of the Nahuatl population. Cuetzalan is very traditional and known for its voladores rituals that you can admire every Sunday when they put in place the big market of the week in the center of town. If you need any souvenirs, art or even food, this market will offer you the cheapest prices I have seen in the country. #history #statue #architecture
