6/45 Resto Bar is a fancy place located in the main pedestrian avenue of Almaty. It's more expensive than the standards in this city, but it has nice vibes. They have a huge selection of cocktails (from 5-6 $), I recommend the Moscow Mull which is really creative. They also serve food, (salads, soups, fine eating) and you can smooke hookah. Not sure if it's relevant, but I want to add that the soap in the toilets is an experience ! Better to be well dressed to enter during weekends.
