Uluru
There is more to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park than the famous Ayers Rock. This part of Australia is quite striking with its vividly red soil, bright blue sky and crustal-clear rivers and ponds.
Kata Tjuta formation, not far from The Rock is more rugged and has a few good looking walks through the rocky massif.
The walk around the base of Uluru is another way to experience the cultural and the natural environments of the area
