Let's call a spade, a spade-this is Nuclear Beach. Out in the distance is the controversial San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. Here in the foreground is the beautiful California coastline, With cliffs eroded from thousands of years of beat down from the unforgiving Pacific Ocean, this is truly a unique beach experience. As much fun as we had we couldn't help but be in awe of both the infinite beauty of the ocean and the raw power of the nuclear energy being contained just a few hundred steps away.
