Discovery Bay is a community of Hong Kong found out on Lantau island. Affectionately referred to as DB (dogs and babies), it largely an expat community. To go to Hong Kong and only visit Discovery Bay would be like going to Thailand and only going to Phuket. But there is a beach and it's ok for a day.
