The beautiful building of the National Congress of Bolivia overlooks Plaza Murillo. This building had some controversy surrounding it when President Morales changed the original clock to a reversed clock, dubbed the "Clock of the South". This was done to become a symbol of the Southern Hemisphere and is also fitting of the motion of the sundial used by the indigenous peoples of Bolivia.
