Arguably the easiest summit in the Wasatch, the 6.5 mile round trip Grandeur Peak trail is doable for most hikers. However, the peak tops out at 8,300 feet in elevation so it definitely feels like you accomplished something. The trail meanders next to a stream, in the trees, and through rock fields to reach the summit where you will be rewarded with views of the downtown Salt Lake and neighboring mountains.
