If you have never been to "the real" Andrés Carne de Res, it is well worth the 50min+ drive from Bogotá to Chia. There's "Andrés DC" in Bogotá but it's just not the same. This is HANDS DOWN my favorite restaurant on Earth. Part restaurant, part bar, part disco, part circus - Andrés in Chia is a well oiled machine serving up some of the best food you've ever tasted and artistic inspiration that you might feel on a visit to Black Rock City.
