The Heidelberg Project is an outdoor art project in the McDougall-Hunt neighborhood on Detroit's east side. Is it art? A (political) statement? Does it tell us we are all traveling through time and space? Probably all, to a certain extent. Go see for yourself, talk to the kind HP persons, it is worth the trip.
