Tallest waterfall East of the Rockies at 400+ feet. Short hike (1/2 mile) from Whitewater Falls access area in the Nantahala National Forest. The base of the falls is crossed by the Foothills Trail so there is plenty of hiking . The area is off the beaten path so take what you will need for this adventure.
