Located between upper and lower Barrakka gardens and a 2 minute walk from Valletta's center, Palazzo Consiglia is where you go to rest your head after a day around town in a room of utmost comfort. I even regret bringing any luggage because the rooms (all with distinct deciration and theme) are equipped with everything- toiletries, robes, beds comfortable as clouds and a dual sound system (that's right, you can bump your favorite tunes on the tv and the base in the bathroom will turn the whole thing into an aquapark). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lucy gave me advice on which spots to hit up and at what time. The courtyard is quiet and relaxing with lots of natural light. The Palazzo welcomes you with a mimosa so kick back and enjoy. The best part of the hotel has got to be the spa which is zenned out to the fullest. You can book a candlelight massage, mani-pedis and facials.
