Lots of people come to the Philadelphia Museum of Art just to pose with the “Rocky” statue and recreate the movie’s famous run up the front stairs. But for some real culture, schedule a bit of time for yourself to visit their exceptional collection. Old master highlights include works by van der Weyden and Bosch, 20th century artists such as Picasso and Duchamp are represented and you’ll find Van Gogh, Cezanne and numerous other giants of the art world on display. They also have an extensive collection of Asian art.
