As a North American it feels funny going to a trout farm to eat fish. Normally that is something you eat cooked over a campfire after toiling away on the lake fishing. With that said the fish was delicious and no hint that it was farmed. The secret is they feed the fish natural food and have fresh stream water constantly cycling through the ponds.
