One of the most interesting places for me was found off Mailänder Platz, namely the public library which is a photographer’s fantasy come true. Once you pierce the outer precincts you find yourself on the interior chamber of manicured book shelves ascended too by spiralling staircases. There is a lively cafe inside and when you find your way to the rooftop get your camera ready for those amazing panoramic views.
