Oda hostel is by far the best hostel in all the Balkans. For 9 euros a night (breakfast included) you can enjoy an amazingly comfortable bed (the matresses are semi orthopedic) with your own private light and socket. You also have a private locker (with a light inside,- a great idea when coming back late in the dorm, and also a socket inside to safely charge your phone).
