Visit Mutianyu Great Wall, a less frequented section of the Great Wall of China. While you will still see a good number of people, you will have stretches of time walking without seeing a soul. This part of the wall has a great lookout point (pictured) and if you walk down to the opposite end of this section, you can take a toboggan ride to the bottom! If you're fit I recommend the hike from the bottom (approx. 30 minutes).
