If I could name one hipster brewery in Tacoma, this one would be it. GET THE OTTERMELON HEFEWEIZEN. Delicious. Warning: If you order a flight, there's no set price. They just price it based on what beers you select. Mine came out to nearly $12 which is almost twice the price of others in the area - just FYI.
