After a week in Panama, and having eaten so much delicious fish, I decided to try sushi. After living in Japan for over three years I tend to be very strict when it comes to sushi (and Japanese food in general.) That being said, the fish was fresh, the gyoza was cooked perfectly, and they even have shochu (which I can't even find in the US.)
