Located in the south of the island, the area of Bel Ombre is home to a few family oriented resort style hotels. The beach here stretches all the way from the watersports centre, passed the various Heritage properies to the Outrigger hotel. It is a favoured spot by kitesurfers with a few world championships even being held here. A marine protected area can also be found on the reef here so the snorkelling in this part of the island is some of the best. #snorkelling #kitesurfing #mauritius
