At EB Jeffress Park, there's a sign for a "leisurely 30-minute walk" off to the left of the picnic tables. About halfway through, you can take a trail for 20 seconds and get to this waterfall at two viewing points. Bigger than it looks here; totally awesome surprise for nearly zero work.
