Gouda is one of the main cheeses in the Netherlands and definitely something you have to try when you visit Amsterdam. It is quite hard to avoid it! You’ll find every flavour under the sun from sparkling wine Gouda to pumpkin Gouda! We visited Henri Willig, a chain of shops in the city , to satisfy our cheese cravings and buy a few souvenirs for friends and family - beware it is really addictive!!
