Located at the foothills of Mt. Námafjall, this landscape makes you feel like you are walking on another planet; mars or maybe the moon. There is a strong smell of sulfur because of the geothermal activity; bubbling mud pools and several jets of steam rising from the ground, but fear not as the landscape makes for great surrealistic photos, definitely instagram worthy material.
