This is another easier hike that we love to do with our old puppies (one pictured just turned 11), but that doesn’t mean this hike is any less rewarding. In the spring time the forest is full of Monarch butterflies as they prepare to take themselves south. Once you get through the forest you make your way up a grassy hill to the edge of the bluffs. Here you can walk all the way down to UCSB if you like or you can traverse the meadow and enjoy the wildflowers and wild life in the area. Such great views of the ocean and the islands here. Sometimes you can see dolphins or whales! #hiking
