Amazing steaks and probably the best in Minnesota. The Bludgeon of Beef is a bone in double porterhouse that has been dry aged for 2 weeks. Highly recommend cooked medium (still very rare). Plus all of the sides are servings enough for 2 or 3 people for example the whole head of cauliflower in the picture. #fine-dining #food
