Back in Sultanahmet, the Propontis sea wall stretches along Kennedy Avenue - the coastal road connecting Sultanahmet to other parts of the city. Choose the early morning for your stroll along the sea wall, when the traffic is low and wander to the remnants of the once magnificent Palace of Boukoleon.  The remnants of the palace are easy to miss - it is pretty much a single wall with large window openings, but it is well signposted. #Constantinople #free #architecture #history
