How can you come to Venice and not do a Gondola ride. If I can offer you one piece of advice, it’s choose your start point carefully. If you want the big attractions viewed from the water then San Marco is your starting point but beware it is super busy. If you would prefer a quieter more relax gondola ride through narrow water ways where there a much fewer boats then look for Campo S.
